Born in Elsies River, Cape Town where I was raised. Introduced to hip hop and graffiti from books as a child. Started pursuing a career in art in 2009 after working various casual jobs straight out of high school.

Went for some drawing classes at Art B. Gallery at Bellville Library in 2011. Had my first exhibition of a series of charcoal and conti drawings of urban architecture titled, “The Unseen” at Artvark Gallery in Kalk Bay, 2011. In 2012 received the Lionel Davis Award for a 3 month residency at Greatmore Studios. I’ve been a participating artist on Thupelo Workshop in 2012 & 2013. Co-founded the collective, Burning Museum and later joined the Future Nostalgia collective at the end of the year.

In June 2013 I had my first solo exhibition at Black Box Gallery in Cape Town

At the end of 2013 during mural painting trip through Kwa Zulu Natal & Mozambique I conceptualized an initiative called, The Street Is The Gallery which focuses on mural painting, street art, community projects and street tours centered around graffiti.

I have been active in these collectives and initiatives traveling to Denmark, Spain, Germany & Zimbabwe as well organizing art interventions, events & exhibitions since.
